Erasing Stigma needed in Mental Health Care

In my own personal life, those who I know that have embraced their mental health issues, have gone on to lead regular lives, however, the others have not. They are still caught in their own minds and the stigma their ailments bring. Some are still struggling, and one is not with us anymore.
