If the words ‘I Feel Like My Life Is Falling Apart’ is currently making unwanted appearances in your head or coming out of your mouth, you’re most likely dealing with anxiety and possibly depression. And if this is your current reality, we urge you to talk to a friend, family member, and even your doctor to discuss what’s going on inside of you.

So before we get to this weeks version of Bad Poetry, we just wanted to point out some of the symptoms that may be making your current day to day life very difficult. If many of these symptoms apply to you, hopefully by seeing this list, you’ll be motivated to seek help.



Frequent Crying

Body Aches & Pains

Tingling & Crawling Sensations

Restlessness & Inability To Sleep

Constant Worry

Faster Heart Rate Or Palpitations 

Panic Attacks

Thoughts About Death

Fear That You’re Losing Your Mind

If you’re dealing with any of the above symptoms, then we just want you to know that you’re not alone. We here at Massive Phobia like to poke fun at our own issues and hope that maybe when you’re ready, and you’ve made it to the other side of what you’re dealing with, that you come back here and contribute to our site with your new perspective on life.
