Ruben Studdard Has Social Anxiety Disorder

How many of you suffer from social anxiety disorder or social phobia? Have you ever been in social situations where you get sweat, or your heart starts racing, or you don’t like making eye contact or talking to anyone? Do you need to leave right away? And by right away, we mean, you leave without saying goodbye to anyone and as soon as you leave a giant weight has left your shoulders?

If this is you, then you’re not alone.

It’s becoming more common than ever, or at least more people are talking about it these days.

I was at a wedding this weekend, and I did what I normally do at weddings, try not to talk to people. I was put at a table with mostly strangers, and in no time, I was outside just hanging outside by myself because I just couldn’t handle being at the table and talking to people. I ruined my beautiful dress shirt with my excessive sweat too. I was actually scared I’d sweat through my jacket coat, and then when you start thinking about it, it only gets worse, and it did.

Needless to say, I left early.

If any of the above sounds like you, the below rejected public service announcement was made with your struggles in mind.

Edward Ernest is pretty much the coolest guy that ever lived.......according to himself. He's one of the founders of and has zero respect from any of his colleagues. To the outside world, he's this very nice upstanding citizen, but behind closed doors he's one of the meanest people we know.Yes, he writes nice articles and gives good advice. It might even seem like he cares about you and wants to be your friend. But please, don't be fooled. We've seen him kick a dog a with a broken leg before and have heard him on the phone berating his grandmother for only giving him a $5 birthday gift.Be thankful he's not related to you.
