Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired | Day 22
This was a heavy walking day and I was able to get 25k plus steps on my Fitbit.
How did I do it? I walked circles in the elevators. When I was on the phone, I got up from my desk and walked around the whole time. When the office was empty over lunch, I carried my salad around and ate the whole thing.
I just found a way, no matter how obsessive it was. In my mind, I was doing was killing two birds with one stone.
If I was to get this website off the ground, and start building the back end, I needed to find time after my regular day job work. So getting my steps in while doing other things at the same time was my best puzzle piecing.
I have a vision and I’m bursting with ideas, so I have no other options but to do this. Am I delusional? Do I get an ‘A” for effort? What’s wrong with me? I’m starting to feel guilty about yesterday’s foul mouthed blog post. Man, do I need to have sex….but that’s for another blog…..not on this site. WINK!
I will say one thing about my libido though. Since I started the exercise and diet regiment, my sex drive is through the roof. On a full moon, I hit peak Werewolf-ness. That’s enough about that sexy talk because I know I’m grossing you out already. How do I know that? Because I’m grossed out just picturing myself naked……Yes, I have body dysmorphia and it’s acting up right now. Please help!!!
Back to Day 22 and not my body issues.
I didn’t run at the end of this day, but before bed, I looked up 5km runs in Toronto. There was one 11 days from now and then another one on my birthday, 33 days from now. I pledged to myself that on my birthday, I would run in a 5km race. I hadn’t gone past 2.5km yet, so I had some work to do.
I know nothing will stop me from getting there either.
