Have you ever had a sore throat so bad that it hurt to actually touch your neck? Well, that’s what I woke up to, if I actually was able to go to sleep. Screw the Fitbit, I went to the doctor instead.
Turns out I have bronchitis!
The rest of my day was taking my anti-biotics and sweating this shit out. I did get some throat relief when I had turmeric curry. Turmeric actually works as an anti-inflammatory, who knew?
Now it’s time for sleep attempts. I hope it works. If not, I’ll be very crabby for weeks.
I need this sickness to be over. I need to get back to my routine. I have a 5km to train for.
