The first part of this day was much like yesterday. I was on the couch. I was the epitome of a fart. Still sick and only drinking water. My appetite was non-existent.

By noon, I began to turn the corner, and by mid-afternoon, I was back to making poor food choices. A big bag of popcorn for my first meal of the day. I wasn’t too hungry, and for some reason, I thought the salt going down my throat would help fix me. I’m not the smartest guy in the world most times.

As soon as I gained some strength, I got back to my Fitbit obsession. I didn’t go outside, though. I was on the phone with my brother, just listening and walking around in circles.

Much of the conversation discussed these issues: Donald Trump, conspiracy theories, a little football, what he ate that day, a girl named Jodi, Cici’s Pizza, anxiety, panic attacks, feet, and his children. A typical conversation with my brother.

We were on the phone for almost two hours. I got over 12,000 steps on that call alone. Remember that as a tip for your Fitbit use. When on the phone, get up and walk. Every step counts.

That was my day. Still feeling the effects of bronchitis.

Boring shit I know.

Wait!!!! I almost forgot. As you see below, I weighed myself. I’m down to 178.5 pounds. That’s 16.5 pounds lost in 28 days. I haven’t seen sub-180 in four years. No heart disease in this guys future.

Ughh! No heart disease in this guys future??!!! Who am I? Seriously. This is what excites me now?

I’m having a manic moment. 

I’m going to bed before it gets worse.
