I hopped on the scale first thing in the morning, and It seems I dropped another pound. I’m now at 177.5 and only 7.7 lbs until my weight goal. The loss has all happened quickly, and I have my Fitbit to thank for it all. It’s kept me accountable.
Now I’m going to work harder on my sit ups and push ups. I want to get rid of my heart disease looking belly once and for all. You know heart disease? Not this fucking guy. I say fuck you to coronary heart failure.
I didn’t want to overwork my lungs today, so I only ran 1 km. Also, I want to keep my legs fresh if I do the 5km run in a few days.
Besides all this, I didn’t interact with human beings today. I wanted none of what anyone might be offering. I get like this a lot, and I just need to hole myself up until it passes. I’m in my own little world of make believe sometimes, but right now in a good way. I’m building ideas in my head, and I’m itching to find a new place to live soon.
I want dry erase boards. I want to be organized. I have a website vision, and I need the proper space to have it grow further.
The wheels are turning, and I’m finally home.
