It’s Saturday, and I finally have the house to myself!!! Oh, the world is my oyster, it really is, and I’m about to do jack squat. When you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, but you’ve had a house guest for six days that’s now gone, Saturday becomes lazier than Sunday.
That’s not to say to say that I didn’t get my steps in today. It just means that I only got 18 thousand and some change. Am I foreshadowing getting hurt from exercising too much or am I reverse jinxing it by stating it? I’m as confused as you are about what that even means.
Most of my exercise came inside today on a treadmill. I hate the treadmill, but I was just that lazy, as actually stepping outside would have killed me. Is that actually laziness? Exercise did happen. Maybe it should be called fear of the outdoors and running into people I know and dealing with real air. UGGGGHH! I hate real air sometimes. Especially the polluted kind. I prefer my oxygen pure. I’m being so weird, sorry.
This day was filled with building this website and watching wrestling in the background, as I do love wrestling. You can judge me if you want to, but if you do, just remember, I will hunt you down and knife you. That was aggressive, and I didn’t mean it at all. I’d probably just spam your email box with porn website sign ups. How’s that? In between, I got sit ups, push ups, and some shadow boxing done.
I’m feeling accomplished.
I will say this. These are really small things I’m doing. Walking. Push ups. Sit ups. Shadow Boxing. It’s not like I’m a muscle head. It’s all about making the time to do everything and fitting it into your routine. The way my body feels right now is night and day from November 2016. I have myself and my Fitbit to thank for that.
Look at me being all positive. Where did that come from?
This post has been all over the place with negativity and positivity. I guess that’s just me. You never know what you’re going to get. I also don’t think I’ve been funny today, so I’ll leave you with this one last word.
