Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired | Day 7

Today is weigh in day. After my morning routine, I walked to my parents house as my big walk for the day and this way I knew I’d get in my Fitbit steps. When I arrived I ran up to their bathroom, stripped off my clothes and jumped on the scale to the sweet view of 189.5 pounds. By god! I couldn’t believe my eyes…..It was working. I did an internal fist pump then threw my clothes back on as for some reason I thought my mom would mistakenly walk through a locked door by mistake.

I felt pretty good about myself  so I hung out with my parents longer than I normally would. Does that statement make me a bad person? I don’t know. I left after a few hours as I needed to do some work. So I walked it home

I’d be lying if I told you the rest of my day was exciting. It alternated between working on this site and taking walks. That’s it. Yeah, and I ate. But that’s really it.

Oh, and I downloaded the book 93 Extraordinary Referral Systems on Audible by Jay Abraham to learn how to market this site eventually. Yes, it has nothing to do with mental health or self help but he’s just an interesting guy to listen to.

To Recap: I lost 6.5 pounds in 1 week!!!! Fuck yeah!

Edward Ernest

Edward Ernest is pretty much the coolest guy that ever lived.......according to himself. He's one of the founders of and has zero respect from any of his colleagues. To the outside world, he's this very nice upstanding citizen, but behind closed doors he's one of the meanest people we know.Yes, he writes nice articles and gives good advice. It might even seem like he cares about you and wants to be your friend. But please, don't be fooled. We've seen him kick a dog a with a broken leg before and have heard him on the phone berating his grandmother for only giving him a $5 birthday gift.Be thankful he's not related to you.
