I woke up a pretty fit and nimble 173 pounds just like the day before, and I was pretty jazzed about it too. I only have seven days left in this house, and I want to make it count before I move into my new apartment. Always leave on a high note.

My goal for this week is to do something I’ve never done before, and that’s to get a seven day rolling 200,000 steps on my Fitbit. That’s a huge number and not sure if it’s possible, but I’m determined to do so.

And with that determination, my first-day tally was 35,068 steps. Well on my way to the goal. It may be super chilly outside, but I’m still gonna make the walks to and from the office every day with no excuses. Not just that. I also need to put in after walk exercises before I go to bed.

There might be a more efficient time-wise method to doing this, but I’m not really an efficient type of guy in my thinking at the moment. This just seems to be the right thing to do in my mind, and I’m just running with it.

I’ve had many other ideas in my life where I just ran with it and let’s just say, I wish someone stopped me from doing them, as most were in-very-poor-taste practical jokes, or text messages I shouldn’t have sent to people, but what could go wrong with this one? Am I right?

Actually, now that I think about it, I could end up getting hurt. That would really suck, and then I wouldn’t be able to exercise at all, and then it would throw off my whole routine, and I might revert back to my former lifestyle, and everything I’ve done here would be for not.

Man, am I my own worst enemy or what?

Shoot me in the face right now.
