We’re on Day 3 of the mini-goal in my attempt to try and hit 200,000 steps in a seven day period. It’s like my swan song for living in my parent’s house as my new apartment will be calling me in six days and I couldn’t be more excited.
I was pretty tired today but was still able to rack up 25,386 steps on my Fitbit. It wasn’t ideal, but at the same time, after three days, I’m still ahead of the pace I need to be at as I’m averaging 30,000 steps a day in the first three days. The other piece of good news is that I hit 172 pounds today and I’m two pounds away from my goal.
And here’s the bad news…… I have no life. Literally, I have no life. I build this website very slowly which is kind of upsetting me right about now, and I try to eat well, and I exercise. THAT’S IT!
I know that things will eventually change and that this routine is actually good for my overall health and way better compared to what I used to be doing. However, I still can’t get it out of my head that when someone asks me what’s been doing, I just break down into the statistics of my health and my vanity.
Is this life? I mean, is this all there is? Maybe you should shoot me in the face now if so.
I started to think about bearing life to children because it might make my life less boring. However, these thoughts were very brief because I know I don’t have the capacity for rearing children without going completely mental and then finding myself back at square once again but this time with dependents. That would be a complete catastrophe.
Needles to say. I need this website to start getting my juices flowing, and I need to start socializing more. I really hope my move changes all of this. It better or I’m kinda fucked.
I’ll end off on the sour note because I’m being a sourpuss today and it’s very fitting.
