It’s my last day at my parent’s home, and besides packing up my suitcases, I made sure that everyone involved in my very complicated schedule for tomorrow was going to be at my new place at the right times.
I had to go pick up the keys, run around town dropping off cheques at a real estate agents, and I did my best to get my Fitbit steps in as well.
I’m just really excited. It’s been a short journey so far, and I’ve accomplished so much. Moving is actually going to be pretty healthy for me as it will make me less stagnant in my opinion……Maybe I should move more often?
However, I will be happy that I’m settled at the same time. I can get the office up and running and progress with building out this website. I want this website to be as weird as possible, and I need to start finding more voices to write or draw or even sing.
I’m sure I’ll look back at these early blog entries and be disgusted with my writing style and want to edit things because maybe I was lazy or didn’t take the time I should have. It’s all a learning process, and I guess I’ll find out. It’s still early days, and I have nothing to worry about……yet.
This one’s going to be short as I have so many things to do. So when I do see you again, since I hit my weight and exercise goals, I’ll be moving out of the daily format and will now be recapping my weeks instead. No more micro-managing myself……let’s see how long that lasts or if it blows up in my face or if I gain all of my weight back.
I won’t stress about that right now as I’m too excited to move to my new place. I’ll stress about it once the move is done……wink 😉
