Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired: Week 12

Posted by Edward Ernest | Jan 28, 2018 | Body Image, Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired | 0 |

Usually, I’ll start off talking about something relevant to my fitness, diet, mental state or work ethic but this week is a little different. Why do you ask? Because on two night this week, I had the oddest dream.

Not once, but twice, I had dreams of me picking my nose wherever I was. I’m at the baseball game….picking my nose. At a family function at the dinner table……picking my nose. Walking down the street…..picking my nose. The list goes on and on. I have no idea how long I was actually asleep and dreaming these green gold mining expeditions, but it didn’t matter….. I kept on dreaming them.

When I looked up Nose Picking on dream interpretation sites, this is what is said.’Picking your nose in a dream symbolizes that you are ready to let your true self or at least a part of your true self, shine through for someone (or the world) to see.’

Now isn’t that funny? It’s crazy how our subconscious works and how there are deep meanings of something like ‘picking my nose.’ And it’s all soooooo true. That Sigmund Freud was a smart guy. My mind is actually blown.

I’m putting myself out there in the world right now and building this site and letting it be seen in the world. Who knew picking my nose had so much to do with it?

I’m trying to see how many times I can write ‘picking my nose’ in this post, but I’ll stop now as I think I just went too far and now I’m just annoying myself.

So let’s get back to normal things……

I ate well again this week. So that all went hunky dory.

At soccer, I was able to stay on the field a tad longer this week. I’m getting much faster. I can feel it. My body is lighter, and my leg muscles are getting stronger, and I didn’t fall on my face this week which is a solid sign of improvement.

That’s pretty much it for this week. Not much excitement besides the nose picking.

Sweet Dreams!
