Even though I fell flat on my face during soccer again this week, I still left the field a completely different man than when I walked in. I know you’re wondering, but how? You suck at soccer, and you’re a dumb idiot. And your question and answer wouldn’t be wrong.
The reason I left feeling like the epitome of the song Thunderstruck by AC DC was because I lasted for 30 minutes of the games 55 in total. We only had two bench players, so I was forced to play over half the game. I may have been kicking the ball out of bounds just to get a break, but I did what I had to do to get bye.
At one point I had to full out run down a person with the ball, and my legs were literally buckling from underneath me towards the end of the run. If the person didn’t get rid of the ball, I would have actually crumbled to the ground non-voluntarily. It would’ve been an embarrassment I could never have lived down.
I hoped no one noticed that that buckling even began and I kinda pulled the move where you trip on a step or on the sidewalk in public, and you just keep on moving by keeping your head straight up like no one was watching, but deep down you know everyone did and are quietly laughing.
I would be one of those people laughing so I know this to be a fact.
To end this sad yet rewarding story from my week, it was a big step up in my cardio, and I’m feeling pretty proud. When push came to shove, I shoved.
On a work note, when it comes to this website, I realized that taking pictures with a light box to get a consistency of photos wasn’t working very well and was too time-consuming. So that experiment was expensive and short-lived.
I wouldn’t have realized that if it wasn’t for playing around with new iPad Pro and the pencil that comes along with it. Once I realized that I was thinking and crafting things like a dinosaur, things changed. Everything began to come up Edward.
