If you battle depression, you most likely evaluate yourself or others as being superior or inferior, instead of describing, accepting and understanding. Do you continually live your life by measuring things against arbitrary standards? Do you have unrealistic expectations that always fall short? Does this sound like you? Maybe?
So just to illustrate what we’re talking about, we created the below sketch cartoon to get our pint across, as they say a picture tells a thousand words and our first paragraph only had 50. Ha!
