Depression Food Line

If you battle depression, you most likely evaluate yourself  or others as being superior or inferior, instead of describing, accepting and understanding. Do you continually live your life by measuring things against arbitrary standards? Do you have unrealistic expectations that always fall short? Does this sound like you? Maybe?

So just to illustrate what we’re talking about, we created the below sketch cartoon to get our pint across, as they say a picture tells a thousand words and our first paragraph only had 50. Ha!

Also, if you have a mental health emergency, please check out our resource page for the phone numbers for your specific country and please don’t hesitate in doing so.

Let’s do our best to all be there for each other and make things that might make us smile, and hopefully laugh in the process. If you want to participate with some ideas or with a little bit of art for us, please email at submit@massivephobia.com
