The Unbalanced Being of the Day | Bipartisanship

The definition of Bipartisanship is a political situation, especially in the context of a two-party system, as is the case for countries such as the United States and other western countries, in which opposing political parties find common ground through compromise.

Isn’t Bipartisanship a lovely thing? It would be even more lovely if it existed in the United States anymore.

The country seems to be more divided than ever, with a Us vs. Them mentality growing for a very long time. In the political realm, both Republicans and Democrats are so anti the other party, which they refuse to act like rational human beings. Yesterday’s Senate hearings with FBI Director James Comey was shameful. A situation that needed Bipartisanship was reduced to nothing more than a circus show.

Before I get called a Liberal, I will state that I don’t believe Donald Trump had anything to do with Russia. That’s not to say his old campaign manager Paul Manafort may not have, but in my opinion, Trump did not knowingly have any relations with Russian officials. However, this does not mean I don’t think there needs to be an investigation.

Yesterday, when all of those Senators got together to question James Comey, they had a chance to put their differences aside and get to the bottom of the Russia/Trump situation. There could have been bipartisan cooperation. But no, they just couldn’t have it that way.

There is enough circumstantial evidence and coincidences to open a case involving former Trump employees, friends and associates. The Democrats questioned Comey about these ties, and of course, Comey couldn’t answer. Then the Republican Senators had a chance to further these matters, but instead, they chose to focus on the leaks of this information to the press. It was just an appalling thing to watch. Here was a chance to show some real bipartisanship, yet the Republicans pushed the agenda of the White House, instead of being the checks and balances to the White House.

Yesterday was shameful to be an American.

And that’s why Bipartisanship is The Unbalanced Being of the Day.

Edward Ernest is pretty much the coolest guy that ever lived.......according to himself. He's one of the founders of Massivephobia.com and has zero respect from any of his colleagues. To the outside world, he's this very nice upstanding citizen, but behind closed doors he's one of the meanest people we know. Yes, he writes nice articles and gives good advice. It might even seem like he cares about you and wants to be your friend. But please, don't be fooled. We've seen him kick a dog a with a broken leg before and have heard him on the phone berating his grandmother for only giving him a $5 birthday gift. Be thankful he's not related to you.
